“The aim of the Civil War Centre is to tell the story of Newark and its residents in 17th Century Britain, to demonstrate the resilience of ordinary lives set against affairs of the nation and the world and to interpret the British Civil Wars and Newark’s key role in them. It is the only museum doing this in the UK and as a destination tourist attraction over 60,000 visitors a year are expected to flock to the Old Magnus Building – bringing a boost of at least £1.8 million to the local economy.”
Print & Display
As part of their launch and marketing strategy, the National Civil War Centre required vast amounts of physical media – display boards, exhibition stands, pull-up banners, leaflets, flyers and full page advertisements with a rapid turnaround time. These have featured in hundreds of publications across the United Kingdom.
